Thermal separators (CF thermostop)
Bearing from COMPACFOAM can be used in steel construction for thermal separation between permanently highly stressed components.
With high-pressure-resistant separating layers under brackets and mounting points, you can avoid thermal bridges even under the highest pressure loads. The bearings can be supplied pre-assembled or cut from panels on site. We manufacture the panels with drill holes and slotted holes at short notice according to your drawings and specifications.
Typical applications for bearings made of COMPACFOAM can be found under brackets in steel construction or for supporting concrete components. The ductile material behavior largely compensates for unevenness in the substrate.
A selection from a wide range of material strengths enables optimum adaptation to almost any project
Details
There are no limits with COMPACFOAM separating layers. We supply the right class of material for every static load. COMPACFOAM offers the right solution for every format, with or without drill holes and milling.
Do you want more flexibility? With COMPACFOAM panels, which are available in any thickness, you can even cut to size at short notice.
Our innovative machinery ensures efficient, cost-effective production - for both large and small quantities.
Drilling and milling are possible with high precision using the latest CNC systems. Round holes, slotted holes, recesses - on request, we can produce the separator bearing ready for installation.
Find the right drillWith the help of a newly developed process, particle technology, we can reduce the waste of COMPACFOAM recycle to 100 %. CFeco, the result of this process, offers the same good properties as COMPACFOAMhigh strength with excellent thermal insulation.
This increases the proportion of recycled materials in construction and improves the eco-balance of your project and company. Because environmental protection means keeping things in circulation instead of disposing of them at great expense.
Thermal separation layers are also available as recycled goods.
