COMPACFOAM UK LTD is the dedicated British branch of the renowned Austrian manufacturer, Compacfoam. For years, Compacfoam has been setting industry standards across Europe with our high-density, lightweight, and thermally insulating structural foam.
To better serve our growing customer base, we established our dedicated UK facility. Our mission is simple: to provide the UK market with the highest quality construction and insulation materials, delivered faster and more efficiently than ever before.

What is Compacfoam?

Compacfoam is a lightweight, versatile structural insulation primarily used in construction. The material is made from EPS (expanded polystyrene), which is processed in a highly specialized way so that it retains its exceptional thermal qualities while gaining the unique ability to support very heavy loads and securely retain screw fixings.
Produced in large blocks with different densities and properties, it is primarily designed as a structural thermal separator to overcome cold bridging in buildings. However, with a bit of imagination, it has endless uses. Due to its remarkable strength-to-weight ratio, Compacfoam is also widely trusted in the caravan and campervan industry, as well as for yacht and boat building.

We understand that in construction and manufacturing, time is money. At Compacfoam UK, we don’t just supply raw materials—we cut and process the material to suit your exact application. You don’t have to adapt your design details to make it fit; we tailor our product to fit your design.
Although we machine the material to your specific dimensions, our local cutting equipment and UK-based inventory enable us to supply the product in a very short timeframe. By keeping operations local, we eliminate cross-border shipping delays and complex customs procedures, ensuring the material can be incorporated into your build without any holdups.

Ultimate Flexibility On-Site

Construction environments are dynamic, and specifications can change. Compacfoam is designed with that reality in mind. If a fit is a bit tight on-site, our material can easily be adapted. It can be planed to make it thinner or securely stacked to make it thicker, giving you total flexibility right where you need it.
