Climaporta - The front door blank
Its properties make COMPACFOAM the optimum insulation core for fillings. The CF insulation core is warp-free and, thanks to its high strength, it can be screwed into place without any additional aids or pre-drilling. The optimum insulation values enable a slimline structure and result in low weight. The CF insulating core for fillings is compatible with standard cover and functional layers.

CLIMAPORTA consists of a lightweight construction core, a stable aluminum insert and high-quality plywood.
The high-end product dispenses with disruptive steel reinforcements and therefore weighs around 50% less than conventional designs. This makes handling and installation easier and reduces the load on the fittings
Cut-outs and fixings can be freely positioned at any point on the CLIMAPORTA door blanks without the need for an insert. This means that one and the same front door blank is suitable for all applications, as well as for different customer requirements regarding window cut-outs and handle selection.
This provides a major cost and storage advantage. The construction core is hard and stable, yet easy to machine.

CLIMAPORTA door blanks are supplied in 4 standard sizes and 2 surfaces. All sizes can be shortened by 160mm in width and 200mm in height. Standard thicknesses are 68, 78, 88, 98mm.
CLIMAPORTA door blanks can be supplied to order in freely selectable sizes and all standard plywood surfaces. Maximum size 2300×1100 mm.
The edgings (80-160 mm) are supplied in five types of wood. Special thicknesses are possible. Cable duct milling with maximum flexibility is also possible.
Cut-outs and fixings can be freely positioned at any point on the climaporta door blanks without the need for gluing. This means that one and the same front door blank is suitable for all applications, as well as for different customer requirements regarding window cut-outs and handle selection.

An aluminum insert prevents the product from expanding and bending. Thanks to the unique construction material and the sandwich construction, the leaf warps only minimally in the event of climatic differences. In contrast to standard market blanks, the CLIMAPORTA door blank impresses in the standard test with a maximum deformation of just 1 mm.
The construction core is thermally stabilized, so there is no swelling and shrinkage due to changes in temperature and humidity.
The construction core is insensitive to moisture, temperature and frost, yet is open to diffusion and breathable. This is particularly important when in contact with wood.
Any moisture that has penetrated, for example in the window or lock, dries out without causing damage. The door blank has the best thermal insulation without thermal bridges. This means: no condensation in the area of the glazing beads.

The front door blank can be 100% separated by type, does not require composite materials and is recyclable.
With the help of a newly developed process, particle technology, we can reduce the waste of COMPACFOAM recycle to 100 %. CFeco, the result of this process, offers the same good properties as COMPACFOAMhigh strength with excellent thermal insulation.
